CHASE'S WASHINGTON. Week Mch. 3rd, 1908 THE BOOTBLACK QUARTETTE Pretty good singers and make an acceptable opening number. In one. YANKEE AND DIXIE Two clever dogs, doing varied tricks and performing them well. A local act. Full stage. SCOTT AND WILCOX Acrobatic comedians. Doing fairly well. In one. CHARLOTTE PARRY and Co. "The Comstock Mystery", Miss Parry is an artist and her work is receiving unstinted praise. A fine act. Full stage. INTERMISSION THE THREE LEIGHTONS "A One Night Stand in Minetreley". These are clever boys and their work is strongly applauded. Full stage, close in one. CHARLES F. SEMON He appears to be strong as ever and thoroughly pleases. Full stage, closing in one. THE HAZARDOUS GLOBE A real thriller. Full stage. THE AMERICAN VITAGRAPH "[?] Crocodiles". A very interesting subject. H. Winnifred De Witt, Manager. NOTE:- The McNaughtons are under contract to play here this week but did not appear. Nor have they even had sufficient business conscience to advise us the reason. All day Monday we looked for them but of course have now given them up. We wish there was some way to compel them to "work for a living" the balance of their lives. Mr. Chase is interested to know if they will be permitted to play further on H. B. O. time.
