Keith's Hippodrome. Cleveland, Ohio. Sept 13th 1909 Ned Hastings. DELPHINO & DELMORA. In 3 garden. Man and woman. Time 12. Travesty musical artists. Rather tiresome and slow with one or two bright moments. SUZANNE ROCOMORA. In 1, Time 10. Young, pretty, graceful and generally attractive. She possesses a remarkably sweet and effective voice and gives thoroughly delightful entertainment. JUPITER BROTHERS. In 3 garden. 2 men. Time, 15, Oklahoma cowboy wizards. They are doing the same old spiritualistic cabinet tricks with a "fixed" jury from the audience. Went fairly well. MEREDITH SISTERS. 2 women. Open in 1, then appear in 3 special, 4 special, 1, 4 special and 1. In these depths they do the following characters with appropriate songs:-Scotch, Chinese, Egyptian, Spanish, Indian and "kid". Voice fair. Pretentious in scenery and costumes and generally pleasing. "SLIVERS" OAKLEY. Assisted by Artie Nelson. Special back drop in 3. Time 22. Slivers does a pantomime of a base ball game. This is immense. The audience roared throughout. One of the funniest things ever seen in local vaudeville. Mr Nelson is a clever acrobats who fills in well. HELENE GREATREX Time 12. In 1. Whistler. Stunning appearance and very clever work. Generous applause. SELDOM'S VENUS. F.S. Time 13. 3 men, 1 woman. Striking marble-like poses after classical and modern masterpieces. In many ways original and always highly artistic. A big hit. Very neat and effective. Some of the groupings highly complex. EMPIRE COMEDY 4. 4 men. Time 19. In 1. Singing and comedy, both good. Scored heavily and responded to three real encores. PRINCESS RAJAH. Appearing here in a special spectacle with a large cast to fit the requirements of the Hippodrome stage. The "Cleopatra Dance" is weird, fascinating and thoroughly out of the ordinary.
