This young man had pretty tough sledding in this spot and went over only fair. Helen Gleason & Co., 13 min.f.s., spl. set. This is a rather novel sketch with surprise finish. The act received some good laughs throughout and closed to a good hand. Heider & Packer:- 16 min. in 1. This boy and girl do a couple of singing numbers, some acrobatic dancing and little chatter. The man's dancing seemed to get the act over to a fair hand. McWaters & Tyson:- 24 min.f.s.. This team has played here on numerous occasions with only fair results. While the act has some new material, it didn't seem to get started well until the last couple of numbers. Went only fair. Julian Eltinge:- 20 min. in 2. Eltinge got a reception being a big favorite here. He sang four numbers with as many changes of costumes. He was the hit of the show. Jas. Dutton & Co., 8 min.f.s., spl. set. This act is produced in a most beautiful and novel manner carrying a color scheme of white throughout including animals, costumes and apparatus, making a very attractive picture. The man and two women do some very remarkable bare back riding. Made good closing set.
