Boston, Mass., B. F. Keith's Feb. 25, 1918. De Witt Young & Sister 7 min. f.s., spl. set. Very neat juggling and balancing act, and while the man missed several tricks, went over well. Lewis & Norton 15 min. in 1., spl. This is a very quiet talking act with a little dancing. They played while the house was being seated. Went only fair. Austin Webb & Co. 25 min. f.s. This sketch entitled "Hitting the Trail" is well handled by this capable company and went over very good in its spot. Mehlinger & Meyer 17 min. in 1. These boys have an excellent routine of songs and with big applause were the hit of the show. Emmett Corrigan & Co. 22 min. f.s., 1 and back to f.s.. Spl. War ballads presented by Mr. Corrigan; carries patriotic theme throughout and went over very well. Diero 13 min. in 1. This well known Accordion player had a difficult spot but seemed to please very much. De Leon & Davies 18 min. in 1. Spcl. This well known team presented a new sketch entitled "Behind the Front" and made a decided hit. Blanche Ring Miss Ring received her usual reception and with the assistance of Willie White at the piano, held this difficult spot in good style. Four Kings This combination of wire walkers work very fast and held the audience almost intact. Made good closing. 6 min. f.s.. Boston, Mass. Boston Feb. 11th., 1918 Lawton;- 15 min. in 2 1/2. Good comedy juggler going some very clever work. Made very good opening. Newell & Most;- 11 min. in 1. Man and woman. A neat singing and dancing act which seemed to please. Chalfonte Sisters;- 9 min. in 1 and 2 1/2; spl. set. Routine of dances with some pretty scenes; well put over by these clever little girls. Marie Stoddard;- 14 min. in 1. This well known comedienne in song and story pleased very much and closed to a good hand. Stampede Riders;- 15 min. f.s.. This act consists of roping and some good riding by the lady and a couple of the men. It lacks punch and is very tame until the final stunt of riding the bucking broncho. Went fair.
