Boston, Mass., B.F. Keith's July 29th., 1918. Hearst Pathe Pictures;- O. K. The Three Leonis;- 10 min. f.s.. Two men and a woman. Neat acrobatic act. Opened show well Holt & Rosedale;- 15 min. in 1. Two girls with a piano. Program of semi-classical songs, Pretty gowns; went well. Harry Holman & Co. 18 min. f.s.. Same sketch as last season with new company. Worked slowly and didn't get the laughs they should. Went fair. Ed Morton. 12 min. in 1. Morton has a fine list of songs and went big. Mastersingers. 23 min. f.s., spl. The second week of this singing organization with a change of program. Went very good. Diamond & Brennan. 15 min. in 1. Same old act with some new gowns and songs. Always a hit here. Went good. Jazzland Follies. 19 min., f.s., spl. Pretty setting with a five piece Jazz band and two singing girls and a Spanish dancer. The act keeps moving all the time and did pretty well Gilbert & Friedland. 19 min. in 1. A hard spot for these boys following a bill of singing, but they went over good. Jean Duval & Co. 9 min., f.s. Posing act. Man and woman. Pretty act and went fair. War pictures. Closed the show fairly well Remarks;- Templeton, Gesner and Holt did not show, and the Leonis Trio replaced them for the week.
