Keith's Show Report, Week of Sept. 2, 1918. Hearst-Pathe Weekly: interesting. Fern-Bigelow & King: 9 min. f.s. A novel acrobatic act presented in sketch form. Opened the show to a good hand. Harry & Grace Ellsworth: 12 min. in 1. A routine of singing and dancing. Girl wears some very pretty gowns and boy is an exceptional dancer. Went well. Stan Stanley & Co.: 22 min. in 1. fs This is the best act Stanley has played here and was the "laughing" hit of the show. Went big. Hallen & Fuller: 19 min. in 1. spec. These old timers got a little reception on their entrance and seemed to please throughout. Closed to a fair hand. Lester Sheehan & Pearl Regay: 22 min. in 1. f.s. spec. Miss Regay does some remarkable dancing and also puts a song over in good shape. Sheehan assists her very creditably in the dances. Went good. Janet Adair: 18 min. in 1. This act went as big as on its previous visits here, closing to a good hand. Dooley & Sales: 28 min. in 1. This act went as big as on its previous visits here, closing to a good hand. Remarks: "Beauty" was unable to appear owing to delay in transportation and Sprague and McNeece substituted going fairly well. Cuts: Dooley & Sales: Please eliminate the word "spit" used several times during your act, and the line "am home on a furlough". Stan Stanley: Please eliminate the line "She is certainly a fast worker."
