BOSTON KEITH'S Dec. 23, 8 Merle's Cockatoos:- 10 min. f.s. Spec. This well known bird act held interest throughout and closed to a very fair hand. Ryan & Joyce:- 18 min. in 1. These boys, one at the piano, had a good program of songs, and each number went over nicely, closing to a good hand. James (Fat) Thompson:- 14 min. in 2 Spec. Two men black face comedy talking act, got lots of laughs and closed to a fair hand. Duncan Sisters:- 19 min. in 1. These two girls handled their songs in fine style and went over very good. Royal Gascoignes:- 13 min. f.s. This well known juggler certainly held this spot nicely, closing to a good hand. Klein Brothers:- 18 min. in 1. These boys have some fine material and put it over to a big hit. Josephine & Brooke:- 26 min. f.s. Spec. A very pretty act, well staged, and seemed to please, closing to a good hand. Jack Norworth:- 23 min. Mr. Norworth got a nice reception, and his songs are all good. Closed to a big hand. Grenadier Girls:- 15 min. f.s. Spec. This act was a little quiet for a closing act but held the audience very well up to their last encore which will be eliminated from now on. Closed to a good hand. Remarks:- In the afternoon we have our "Christmas Pantomime", Santa Claus presenting each child in the audience with a gift. In the evening the Red Cross film closes the show.
