PROVIDENCE. R. I. B. F. KEITH'S MARCH 10th, 9 We have a fairly good bill this week, some of the features played very well, others didn't materialize very successfully. As a drawing attraction however, Mme. Petrova proves to be about the best thing we have had in some time. We were packed Monday afternoon and night and at eight o'clock Monday evening, we were practically sold out for the night performances for the entire week and strong inroads made for the matinees. CHAS. LOVENBERG. CHARLES HENRY'S PETS: A number of dogs that do living pictures holding poses in an extraordinary manner. The act made quite a hit. 9 min. full stage. MARION HARRIS: Not for Providence. 12 min in one. DOC O'NEIL: Strange to say that Mr. O'Neil does not do in Providence what is ascribed to him in other cities. He just gets by and hardly any thing more. 15 min. in one. FRANK CONROY & HARRY MURPHY: In "The New Physician." Good Combination, just as good as Conroy & Lemaire, nevertheless they are getting too much money as far as this house is concerned. The act is worth about $350. 19 min open in one, close full stage. THE SHARROCKS: Very good fast mind reading act with a lot of comedy. First real hit of the performance. 20 min in one. PETROVA: While doing practically the same act she did on her vaudeville tour of several years ago and which in this house at that time was not very well received, she on her opening performance made an unqualified success, they certainly liked her. 25 min. full stage. MARTIN & WEBB: Two men, Italian character, talking and singing act, one working from the audience. Went very big. 17 min. in one. BELLECLAIRE BROS: Well known hand balancing act which made a fine closing act. 8 min. full stage. MOTION PICTURES: O. K. CUTS: DOC O'NEIL: Cut joke about skirts getting so short, the elastic band is under the chin. CONROY & MURPHY: Cut "What the Devil." MARTIN & WEBB: Cut "Don't Give a Damn." in song.
