BOSTON BOSTON March 10, 9 Weekly:- Interesting. The Wheeler Boys:- 6 min. f.s. A very good acrobatic act of the kind. Frances Renault:- 10 min. in 1. Wears some very stunning gowns, otherwise the act depends entirely upon the surprise at the finish. Bruce, Duffet, & Co.:- 13 min. in 1 f.s. A fair sketch with an element of novelty in setting that puts it over. Lady Tsen Mei:- 17 min. in 1. This little woman is an artist who put over her numbers in the most pleasing manner, and who was heartily liked. The show up to this point had been ordinary and tiresome, and under the circumstances she did remarkably well. Gibson & Connelli:- 27 min. f.s. An exceptionally good comedy sketch, well played, and laughs continuous. Geo. Price:- 21 min. in 1. Songs and imitations, went over very good. Marie Cahill:- 23 min. f.s. Miss Cahill has a splendid collection of songs and stories that pleased immensely at both performances Monday. Wellington Cross:- 24 min. in 1. This is an early repeat for Mr. Cross, but his burlesque with Mr. Gibson added an element of novelty to the show, and was worth while. Reynolds & Donegan:- 10 min. f.s. A prettily dressed and rather novel skating act that made a good closing feature. Comment: This show doesn't get started until it is about half over, and with two sketches, no dancing, and four singles, it is going to be hard for the headliner.
