REPORT OF BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 12, 13 and 14. LIBONATI--- "Syncopation Supreme"--Plays rag melodies, also, classical numbers. This act went poor at matinee--hardly a hand--at night went big. 8 min. in one. GEO. & FLORENCE BANDY-- Assisted by Master George Bandy, 6 years old; "Dances of Yesterday and To-day"--singing and dancing; boy sings three songs and gets tremendous reception. Close with hard shoe dance 12 min. C. D. F. Act went good. TEMPLE QUARTETTE--- "Four Boys From Melodyland"--one blackface act consists of singing, piano playing and comedy. this act went over big. 14 min. in one. A. S. Watson Report on the show at the "Scenie" the week of May 5-1919. Mildred & Andre. "Musical" Fairly good small time act. Went good. 11 min C.D.F. Manning & Lee. "After the Matinee." Singing & Talking act. Only a fair act. 15 min, special drop in 1. Martelle. "Female Impersonater" Very good. Went fine. DeWitt& Burns & Terrence. "The Awakening of Toys" Same act they have been doing the past many years. Went very good. Special scenery, in 3 Thursday George Hall. "Monologue" Went good. 16 min in 1. Leonard & Willard. "Outside the Inn" Went fairly good. Special drop in 1. 15 min. The Cooney Sisters. "Singers" This act saved the show. 14 min in 1. Elizabeth Nelson & The Barry Boys. "Singing, Talking" Acrobatic. A fairly good act. 12 min in 1&3. The Whole show was on the same order, Singing, & Talking. The only change in the Four acts was a little acrobatic work in the last act. Reddy
