71 B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE - BOSTON - WEEK MAY 19 - 1913. (R. G. Larsen.) KINETOGRAPH. 14 minutes in one. "Educated" and "Edison Minstrels Part Two". Two of the best reels we have had. MLLE. MARTHA and SISTERS. 14 minutes f.s. Special set. Opened the show in splendid shape. DU FOR BOYS. 12 minutes in one. Garden. A crackerjack three-man dancing act that went over big in this spot to-night. JULIA NASH and COMPANY in "Her First Case." 16 minutes f.s. C.D.F. A very good comedy that got lots of laughs and closed well. THREE STANLEYS. 17 minutes. Open street in one, close palace in two. Here is one crackerjack comedy act. They open with one man on stage and man and woman in audience, with some dialogue that kept the audience laughing every minute. Then the man in audience goes on the stage and they draw off to the bounding table in two, with some really great trampolin [trampoline] work. Nothing short of a great big hit at both performances to-day. LEW BRICE and LILLIAN GONNE. 13 minutes in one. Garden. These people have improved their act greatly since their first visit here. Held this hard spot with credit, and closed strong. TOOTS PAKA and HER HAWAIIANS. 21 minutes in two. Special set. About the same act as she has given us on previous visits. Went very well. JULIUS TANNEN. 21 minutes in one. Olio. Had the audience laughing every minutes. Closed strong. "NEPTUNE'S GARDEN OF LIVING STATUES." 19 minutes f.s. Special set. In its third week, and still holding the audience in, although closing a strong show. The new feature this week is a sensational high diver, a girl who dives from the flies into the tank. Makes a great finish for the act. CUTS: Julius Tannen - reference to Toots Paka. Three Stanleys - words "chicken" and "squab."
