118 SUMMER SHOW B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE CINCINATTI, OHIO Week of July 20th, 1913. J. F. Royal, Mgr. COMEDY PHOTO PLAY: MUSICAL STIPPS: 12 min. in two. Man and woman in novelty xylophone act. A satisfying act for one of its kind. They work hard, and give a bright opening to the show. CARRIE LILIE: 14 min. in one. Singing comedienne. Suffering from an attack of ptomaine poisoning, which necessitated the calling of a doctor, the young lady courageously went through four performances, and with her four songs scored a big hit. She deserves a lot of credit. Sings her numbers well, and got a fine closing. LOCAL PICTURES: 7 min. EUGENE TRIO: 8 min. F. S. Three men in a comedy bar act. Placed in this spot to break up an abundance of singing. Worked fast, and got big laughs, and closed strong. LAWRENCE TRIO: Two men and a woman. 9 min. in one. Singing and dancing act. Bright and lively girl, making changes, and working in audience with plant. Went fair. "AN ALASKAE HONEYMOON:" 22 min. Open F. S., go to one, and close F. S. Special scenery. Two men and a woman, assisted by four pretty chorus girls, in a miniature musical comedy. It is big looking, but nothing to it. The singing and dancing is fair, and the change of costumes gives it the bigness. The Jewish comedian gets a few laughs. Proved passable. CAPITOL CITY FOUR: 16 min. Four neat, clever boys, in a great singing act. They work fast and well, have a good program, and are easily the hit of the show. They were the one bright spot on the bill. COMEDY PHOTO PLAY: Split reel.
