146 B.F. KEITH'S UNION SQUARE THEATRE WEEK SEPTEMBER 1st, 1913. SKATERS BIJOUVE Man and woman, presenting a splendid roller skating exhibition. Both make a pleasing appearance, dressed in white, and go through some clever stunts. A good act and one that could close the show. Seven minutes, full stage, own cyclorama. JEAN LIBONITA Xylophone solist. A young man of good appearance, giving an excellent repertoire, consisting of popular and ragtime selections. This fellow is a wonder, perfect in touch, using four hammers at one time. He has every other musician of this style booked off the boards. Can go any place on the bill and hold them. Eleven minutes in one. ROY AND ARTHUR Arthur formally of Bedini and Arthur and Roy of Major and Roy. Giving us the same act as Bedini and Arthur. Roy, the straight man is not the equal of Bedini by any means, although may develop. The laughs are there and they get away with it in good shape. Nine minutes, full stage. ROBERT FULGORA Presenting his well known character change specialty, that got over nicely and received some good applause for his quick changes. Finished very strong. Seventeen minutes in one and half. Own drop. HARRY TIGHE AND HIS COLLEGIANS Six men and three women, in a skit called, "Taking Things Easy". This is the best thing Harry Tighe ever did. The story is great, keeping the jury right up to the top notch of enthusiasm at all times. While it runs thirty six minutes, it never lacks interest, being full of good situations and business, with several musical numbers that are gems. The act is a positive hit and can headline any bill. in one. MELVIN BROTHERS Gymnasts. There is nothing sensational about this act as I was led to believe, simply a regular routine of equilibristic work that closed the show nicely. Eight minutes, full stage.
