Report on PROVIDENCE SHOW, Week of Oct. 6, 1913. Chas. Lovenberg, Mgr., The show is a vast improvement over that of last week. Everything in the bill scored and there is no reason why we shouldn't have a nice week's business. BILLY & EDITH ADAMS Dancing act preceded by a little song; very satisfactory number; made a good opening feature. 10 Min. in One. PIETRO Accordianist. This man is fully as good as any of the men who do this class of work and scored one of the hits of the show. 16 Min. in One. ETTA BRYAN, LE ROY SUMNER & CO. In a sketch entitled, "A College Proposition." A neat little affair, well played and well liked. 16 Min. F. S. REISNER & GORES These people were a most decided hit. The man has a splendid personality; tells a joke well and gets a song over in good shape. The woman is attractive, lively and a good dancer. 16 Min. in One. FLORENTINE SINGERS Practically the same act presented on previous visits and which seemed to hold its own and pleased. 20 Min. Open F. S. Close in One. ROBT. DAILEY & CO. This act was a decided surprise; a splendid vehicle which scored immensely; an act that would be a decided hit no matter where placed. Well played by the support as well as by the star. 23 Min. F. S. KAUFMAN BROS. These boys didn't score so very strongly; they had a pretty hard spot. A re-arrangement of the bill will bring them up higher where they probably will go better. 13 Min. in One. LEROY, TALMA & BOSCO This is unquestionably the best magic act that I ever saw in vaudeville. They are going every minute and do about as much stuff as you usually see in an entire evening's magic show. The comedy is also much better than I had been led to expect. They closed the show in fine shape, not a soul leaving the house until they finished. An act I feel sure will draw money. 24 Min. F. S. MOTION PICTURES O. K.
