B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, OHIO. Week of Oct. 19th, 1913. John F. Royal. SANSOM AND DELILA 7 min. F.S. Interior. Man and woman in chin balancing act. They work fast and proved a good opening for this splendid show. Indianapolis. FREEMAN AND DUNHAM 15 min. in One. Special Drop. (Drop is very poor) Two men in singing act with very little talk. Some of their songs went good and others only fair. Handicapped by audience walking in, but went quite well considering. Indianapolis. THE VIVIANS 20 min. F.S. Man and woman in remarkable sharp shooting act. Put their act over in good shape. Do some good rifle and revolver shots, and girl shoots from balcony. The man puts in a little comedy, which makes the act different. Big closing. Indianapolis. BRITT WOOD 11 min. in One. Street. Eccentric juvenile comedian who certainly pleases them here, for he stopped the show on Sunday. His eccentric dancing and mouth organ playing is just what pleases this audience. Big closing. Indianapolis. WILLIAM WESTON AND COMPANY 20 min. F.S. Dark Interior. 4 min. close in One. Olio. Three men and two women in great novelty and surprise act. Comedy proved good, and the introducing of music from the unique instruments was a genuine surprise. The act went over very big and is causing a lot of talk. Indianapolis. [EVA? EMA?] TAYLOR AND COMPANY 30 min. Hall Interior in 2 1/2. Two men and two women in clever comedy sketch "After the Wedding". Miss Taylor, who was formerly a big stock favorite here, got big reception. Will do business for us. The act went over very big. The situations proved very funny and brought forth spontaneous laughter. Strong finish. Open. HUNTING AND FRANCES 10 min. in One. Olio. Man and woman in talking, singing and dancing. This act went over big - had them laughing from beginning to end, and very strong closing. The man was very funny, and the girl, who looks well, proved a good feeder. Louisville. JACK NORWORTH 29 min. Open in two, closing in One. Mr. Norworth will not close in one with his encore unless the applause is very great, and this fact should be considered when booking full stage acts after him. Will only close in one when piano is placed in pit for his piano player. Mr. Norworth received big reception and his act proved very interesting. His first two songs and moving pictures went well, with plenty of laughs, but his over-working curtain calls caused many people to think he was finished and they walked out. His curtain call business hurt his act here. Big closing. Indianapolis. THREE ESCARDOS 7 min. F.S. Garden. Three gymnasts who use a bounding table. Wonderful performance which proved good closing act for this big laughing show. Indianapolis. LOCAL PICTURES Interesting. CUTS Reference to Harry Thaw by The Vivians, and advertising Peters Cartridges.
