HYDE & BEHMAN'S. Brooklyn. Week commencing May, 4th, 1903. RASTUS & BANKS. "The Major and the Maid". Two colored performers, man and woman, singers and dancers. It is a good act, the acrobatic dancing being especially good. They made a hit. Open in two, close in one. Time 12 minutes. HAL. GODFREY & CO. Sketch, "A Very Bad Boy". It is only a fair act. Godfrey is a good grotesque dancer and actor, and aught to have a better act. It went fairly well. Full stage. Time 21 minutes. LIZZIE B. RAYMOND. Singing Comedienne. She is only fair, was not in condition to attend all performances. All in one. Time 15 minutes. MR. & MRS. WM. ROBYNS. "The Counsel for the Defense". They have played here many times with this act, and while we consider it some what worn, yet, it goes well with our audience, and must be considered a good act. They are both clever people. Full stage. Time 33 minutes. WORLD'S TRIO. High class song and dance act. This is their second appearance this season and they go just as well as ever. It is a good act and takes with the audience. Their stage appearance is quite striking. Open in one. Close full. Time 18 minutes. LOWE & HUGHES. Singers and Instrumentalists. This act must not be confounded with the Lowe Hughes Trio. Lowe is the same as ever, but the woman he has is simply worthless, we cut out her singing entirely. Lowe's Xylophone playing is great. Full stage, close in one. Time 14 minutes. MOORE & HIGHT. "Change your act or back to the woods". We consider this one of the best laughing acts that has been with us this season. It went great from start to finish, and is the hit of the bill. Full stage. Close in one. Time 24 minutes. EDITH HELENA. Phenomenal Singer. This is her second appearance this season. She is certainly a remarkable singer, and improves all the time. She is a great favorite at this house, and of course went strong with the audience. All in one. Time 11 minutes. CULVER'S LOOP. Cycling sensation. This is a mechanical stage trick, and a very much overpaid act, but goes well. Full stage. Time 8 minutes.
