REPORT Scenic Theatre Pawtucket R.I. 3 days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 23--24--25 David R. Buffinton WESTON and HEATH Man and woman, singing, talking and dancing, good lively singing and dancing act woman well dressed man eccentric, 10 minutes in one, just got fair hand. Mlle MABEL'S ANIMALS Woman with man assistant, Dogs, Cats and Monkeys, ordinary animal act, Monkeys get some laughs, 12 minutes full stage, just went fair. BAILEY and THE TEARE SISTERS Man and two women, colored people, singing, dancing and music (brass) dressed nicely and women play brass fairly well, what little comedy there is dont amount to much, 12 minutes in one just got fair hand. BROWN, HARRIS and BROWN Two men and a woman, singing, talking and dancing, 25 minutes of nonsense, "Hank" Brown the comedian had them screaming from start to finish, full stage, a clean up. LEWIS, HARR & CO. 3 men and a woman, all black face, comedy sketch "The Suanawee River" special set of scenery and electrical effects, singing dancing and talking, music, good comedy. 20 minutes full stage, went very well. THE FOLLIES BERGERE TRIO 2 men and a woman, evening dress, singing and music, brass and string instruments, popular and classical selections, good singers and musicians, 14 minutes in one, went very good. GAANDA HUMANUS (Manchester Bros.) 2 men with mechanical figure, writes name, rides bicycle. Legs, arms, head taken off and chest opened up to show that it is a mechanical figure. Very good act of this kind. 14 minutes full stage, went good. BROWN, HARRIS and BROWN All week, going big.
