C. E. BARNS PHILADELPHIA SHOW OCT. 28, 1912. HONORS & LePRINCE. 9 min. F.S. This act makes a very good opener. Both work grotesque comedy. The acrobatic stunts are of the regulation ground tumbling order. All good, and the comedy got scattered laughter throughout their act, particularly from the little people. Made a fine close after their work on the rustic table. An act that could hold a better spot with credit. PEALSON & GOLDIE. 16 min. in one. These boys were a hit right from the start. One of them makes a specialty of Hebrew comedy and song; the other with his vocal work and especially whistling gets a good hand. Act could also hold a better spot. BURNS & FULTON. 12 min F.S. Started off strong, let down a little in the center, but made a big finish with the whirlwind eccentric dance. Both make a fine appearance and hold the audience throughout. ROBERT FULGORA. 18 min. in one. It has been some time since we have had an act of this kind and it seemed to please our audience, particularly with the patriotic impersonations which naturally got a strong hand. Closed strong after the racing-horse number. The changes are very quick and expert. ADA REEVE. 26 min. F.S. A crowded house greeted Miss Reeve most appreciatively, and she certainly could not doubt her welcome. Miss Reeve is a true artiste right to her very finger-tips and is something away from the work of any comedienne we have ever had here. There was nothing grotesque or seemy, and she got everything out of her songs which she offered that would be possible for any artiste. Every number received big applause, and although she was scheduled for four numbers with an encore, she was compelled to give six, and several curtain calls followed. LYONS & YOSCO. 15 min. in one. Advance applause. Great favorites here, always have been and always will be as long as they can produce the goods as they did today. Immense applause after each number and made a
