70 REPORT Scenic Theatre Pawtucket R. I. Week of Mov. 4th 1912 David R. Buffinton THE GREAT ELBERTON Baton and Gun spinning, finished with burning baton nicely dressed, good act of its kind, 8 minutes full stage, went very well. MARTIN AND COUTRNEY Man and woman, singing and talking, dressed well, open in one, short scene in 2, close in one, good line of talk, 15 minutes, went very well RUSSELL and HARTMAN Man and woman, comedy sketch Cowboy and Lady, interior set, man disguises himself as Cowboy and makes a lot of noise with two revolvers, woman nicely dressed, 22 minutes, got a good hang at finish. HARVEY and DEVORA Introducing John Dough Man and woman and colored boy, singing, talking, and dancing, all three dressed very nicely, dancing good, good comedy finish, 20 minutes in one, Went Big LA PETIT REVUE 3 men and 3 women, special drop in two representing a large picture frame on an easle [easel], man singer sits in front of frame and with songs describes a series of 3 pictures, doll figures with human heads, singing popular and classical selections, little comedy introduced, 18 minutes, went very good ARMSTRONG and FORD 2 men, singing and talking, The Cop and The English Johnnie, talking of this team went extra good and the songs at finish were a big hit, 20 minutes in one. Big Hit. ADONIS Man, hand balancer, dressed in white, has a clever Dog, elegant plush draperies, making a special set with staircase, nice act 8 minutes full stage. Went Big.
