B.F. KETIH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, O. [OHIO] Week of Nov. [November] 17th, 1912. WORK & PLAY: Acrobatic jousters. 6 min. in One. Formerly the team of Work & Ower. Very fast, and rattling good work - Great act, too strong for opener, but no other place to put it. Went big. New York. "DICK", THE WRITING DOG: 12 min. F. S. The dog apparently writes, but it is an illusion worked from under the stage - very clever, and no one in the audience apparently the wiser. Went big. PHILADELPHIA. WILSON BROS.: German comedians. 14 min. in One. A tremendous hit, and one long laugh - a riot at the end. SCRANTON, PA. MAY TULLY & CO.: 18 min. F. S. in a one-act comedy of divorce life at Reno, Nevada. A great big hit. Best sketch seen here this season. One long laugh. St. LOUIS, MO. DOROTHY BRENNER & JOS. RATLIFF: Musical comedy sketch, 18 min. in one. Another big hit - Splendid act. UTICA, N. Y. ZELDA SEARS & CO.: Comedy sketch entitled "The Wardrobe Woman". 21 min. F. S. This is the headliner, and it is a good act, but it is in awfully fast company and suffers somewhat from contrast. INDIANAPOLIS. BERT FITZGIBBON: "Crazy singer of crazy songs". 20 min. in One. Same old riot, and a hurricane of laughter throughout. INDIANAPOLIS. O'MEER SISTERS: Three girls on a wire. 9 min. F. S. A dandy, classy versatile act that held the audience to the finish. OPEN NEXT WEEK - THEN TO MEMPHIS. B. F. KEITHOSCOPE: Patho's weekly. 15 min. Good. NOTE: This is the best show of the season - a rattling, fast, classy bill. The acts of May Tully and company and Zelda Sears and company exchanged places, making the show go still better. C. L. Doran,
