145 CHASE'S WASINGTON, D.C. Week Dec. 30th, 1912. SWAN AND BAMBARD Two men in an eccentric acrobatic act. Their tumbling work is very good, but the comedy is ordinary and would be better if omitted. F. S. THREE DIXON SISTERS If these young ladies would eliminate their singing, the act would make a good opener. They also dance, play bugles and banjos. F.S. Open in one. Bob MATTHEWS AND Al SHAYNE "A Chinatown Fantasy". Our holiday crowd seemed to enjoy this cat immensely and they were forced to do all they knew. In one. Spec. drop. "THE CONCEALED BED" By Graham Moffatt's Scottish Players. This sketch has merit and novelty, the Scotch accent of the players is exceptionally good and the act filled this position on the bill quite acceptably. F.S. INTERMISSION BUCKLEY'S ANIMALS Dancing dogs and skating bear and monkeys. This is a splendid animals act and we have only commendation for it. F.S. MACK AND WALKER In their new musical flirtation. This man and woman have a style distinctly their own, and though many try to copy it, none succeeds. A very good act for this spot. in one. TEMPEST AND TEN In "A College Town". Cast includes Miss Tempest, two male principals and eight chorus men. The plot is a negligible quantity, but the songs are very good, the dancing is artistic and well done, the special scenery, showing a view of the Yale campus, is handsome, and all in all, we would call it a good act. F.S. KINEMACOLOR PICTURES "Fording the River" and "Farmyard Friends". A good film.
