148 B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE - BOSTON - WEEK DECEMBER 30, 1912. (R. G. Larsen.) LENA PANTZER. 7 minutes f.s. Cut garden. This wellknown act opened the show in excellent shape. FRED WARREN and EFFIE CONLEY. 15 minutes in one. Olio. Songs, talk, piano and dancing. A very good act of its kind. In fact, too good for this position on the bill. Went big at both performances to-day. KLUTINGS' ANIMAL ENTERTAINERS. 15 minutes f.s. Special draperies. Same big hit as when last here. RALPH SMALLEY. 10 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. Smalley has added some popular numbers to his program, and got over in very good shape at both shows to-day. FRANKER WOOD and BUNEE WYDE. 17 minutes in two. Special drop. A very neat man and woman act, with good comedy, several original songs, and clever dancing. Scene is laid in a hotel corridor at night, and adds just a touch of novelty to the act. Got a number of laughs and closed well. HOMER LIND and COMPANY in "THE OPERA SINGER." 28 minutes f.s. Open bare stage - olio in one - close plain chamber in four. It is something like three years since we have played this act, and it went big at both performances to-day. Mr. Lind's solos were especially well liked. JOE WELCH. 21 minutes in one. Street. Has a lot of new material, and kept the audience in a roar of laughter from start to finish. STELLA MAYHEW and BILLIE TAYLOR. 21 minutes in two. Palace drop. They have a number of good songs, interspersed with some comedy that got quite a lot of laughs. Miss Mayhew makes three changes of costume during the act. The audience liked them immensely, all the numbers got a strong hand, and they closed big. CARON and HERBERT. 12 minutes f.s. Special drop in four. A first-class knockabout rough comedy act that appeals especially to the youngsters who always visit the house at this season of the year. CUTS. Joe Welch - gag about "four fathers being insult to the mother" and "holding baby upside down and it looked just like the father." Warren and Conley - "mother-in-law" gag.
