182 REPORT ON COLUMBUS SHOW WEEK JAN. 20, 1913--W.W. PROSSER. Ioleen Sisters: Two girls in tight wire and sharp shooting novelty offering. Very good act. Applause throughout and very good finish. Palace in 3, 11 minutes. (Indianapolis) Dolan & Lenharr: In "Some Mind Reader". Two men, 1 woman. Comedy mind reading number which did very well. Laughter throughout and fairly strong finish. Olio in 1, Special in 2, olio in 1. 23 minutes. (Cincinnati) Metropolitan Minstrels: Four girls, two boys in a very good juvenile song, dance and comedy number. Did well throughout and finished strong. The act is short one girl who is laid up here with a broken collar bone, the result of a fall in Wheeling. They wanted to close on this account but were persuaded to remain and did very well. Conservatory in 2, olio in 1, C.D.F. in 3. 21 minutes. (Dayton) "Rube" Dickinson: "Ex-Justic of Peace". Well-known monologist who scored throughout and finished strong. Street in 1, 18 min. (Dayton) George Beban & Co: In "The Sign of the Rose". A very fine dramatic number in which Mr. Beban scored a tremendous personal success. His supporting company is thoroughly adequate. Very strong finish. Special in 4, 29 minutes. (Cleveland) Frosini: Accordian Virtuoso who made very good throughout and finished strong. Olio in 1, 12 minutes. Pittsburgh) The Four Bards: Four men in a very fine gymnastic, tumbling, etc. number. An abundance of new tricks, all difficult and showy. Held interest throughout and finished strong. Garden in 5, 11 minutes. (Toledo) Pathe Weekly: O.K.
