201 B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, O. Week of Feb. 2, 1913. IOLEEN SISTERS: Two girls. European light wire and sharp shooting novelty. 7 min. F. S. Ordinary wire act, the novelty consisting of one of the girls while on the wire shooting glass balls at a target on an elevated platform. Nothing especially noteworthy. Went fair. LOUISVILLE. SULLY & HUSSEY: "The Sportsman and the Valet". 22 min. in one. Much on the order of the Eugene & Willy Howard act. A tremendous hit. Too strong for second place. LOUISVILLE. MR. & MRS. GORDON WILDE: Shadowgraphists. 14 min. F. S. Numerous new creations in hand shadow work. A big laugh throughout. Good act - Went good. CHICAGO. FIELDS & LEWIS: (Act substituted for Norton & Nicholson, reported sick in Louisville). Open 3 min. in two, closing 17 min. in one, or 20 min. in all. A big scream, and one of the big comedy hits of the show. HARRISBURG, PA. G. S. MELVIN: Scotch comedian. 14 min. in one. Singing only fair, but as a dancer he is good. INDIANAPOLIS. "THE TRAINED NURSES" WITH CLARK & BERGMAN: 33 min. f. s., own set. Far and away the best act Jesse Lasky has ever sent us; Clark & Bergman are the big features, but the entire act is swell in all respects, and went big. BUFFALO. HENRY E. DIXEY: Opens 15 min. in two, closes 3 min. in one. Mr. Dixey calls his act "A Mono-Drama-Daud-Ologue". He does a little of everything, singing, dancing, magic, recitation, etc., blending one into the other, holding the audience throughout, and producing, as a whole, an act of very high class. Advance hand at both performances Sunday. Went big. OPEN. LA MAZE TRIO: Acrobatic eccentrics. 8 min. F. S. A howling, roaring act, of acrobatic comedy and fun, that closes the show with a whirl. OPEN NEXT WEEK - THEN MEMPHIS PATHE'S WEEKLY: 10 min. REMARKS: At the urgent request of Mr. Dixey to be placed before "The Trained Nurses" and because of other considerations, the bill was re-arranged as follows: 1 - Ioleen Sisters; 2- Slides & 5-min. Picture; 3- Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Wilde- 4- G. S. Melvin; 5-Henry E. Dixey; 6- Fields & Lewis; 7- "Trained Nurses"; 8- Sully & Hussey; 9- La Maze Trio; 10-Pictures. Under the above arrangement, the show went much better Sunday night. It is a big show. C. L. Doran.
