HIPPODROME SHOW - WEEK OF DECEMBER 35th. Quite naturally everything waas exxcellent, from the viewpoint of the large audiences Monday. A real Holiday audience packed the Theatre at both performances and the Christmas spirit seemed to reach out with open arms across the footlights and extend a cordial welcome to every act. When things settle down about the middle of the week, we will probably find that we have an excellent show, the only weak spot being the Vassar Girls. This ay be our fault, because none of their instruments are in pitch with the Orchestra, although my leader claims that they have the same trouble everywhere, as all orchestras now have one pitch. Most of the discorde were a very pronounced and a critical audience not imbued with the Holiday spirit would not have stood for it. The Show: RAWSON & JUNE - Boomerang and Archery Experts - 10 minutes. PHILADELPHIA BAILY, HALL & BURNETT - Three young men with a grand piano offering some excellent instrumental music and singing. 9 minutes Drop in one. Harrisburg EVERS WISDOM COMPANY- Sketch - "Basballitis" - 2 men and one woman. Doubleset - two rooms - 18 minutes NEW YORK FELIX ADLER - Monoologue - 14 minutes - Drop in one. INDIANAPOLIS VASSAR GIRLS - Ten of them. Special scenery - Full stage. 28 minutes PITTSBURGH EVERYBODY - Nine people. Probably the best sketch Clevalanders have ever seen. Specialy scenery. 33" - Opens in one. YOUNGSTOWN FAY, TWO COLEYS & FAY - The Minestrals - 16 Minutes. COLUMBUS FOUR HOLLOWRYE- Greatest wire act in the business. Full stage - 13" Minutes. BUFFALO. H.A. DANIELS.
