Report on PROVIDENCE SHOW, Week of March 25, 1912. CHAS. LOVENBERG, Manager. The bill this week is exceptionally good, practically every act on the bill made a hit. There is a lot of class to the show as well and there is no reason why we shouldn't look for a good week's business. RAMSDELL TRIO Two very pretty girls and a young fellow in an act of toe dancing, changes of costume and general novelty make-up. A pretty offering that opened the show in very nice shape, and received plenty of applause. 12 Min. F. S. DUFFY & LORENZE Attractive young fellow and girl who have put together a very clever little turn of songs, dances and dialogue. Could hold a more important spot with satisfaction. 16 Min. in One. FRANK STAFFORD assisted by Marie Stone & 2 handsome setter dogs. In a special set which is attractive in itself. Mr. Stafford introduces his various imitations of birds, animals, etc; the dogs pose and Miss Stone sings; a lot of comedy is lent to the act also. Altogether it is a splendid offering. Could be a headliner or easily a special feature in almost any bill. 21 Min. F.S WILLA HOLT WAKEFIELD Well-known pianologuist, who was greeted with advance applause and received lots of it at the finish of her act. She is evidently very welcome to Providence audiences. 15 Min. in One. FELIX ADLER Adler made quite a hit; at the finish fairly stopped the show. 15 Min. in One. AMELIA BINGHAM In scenes from great plays. Miss Bingham's offering is a most substantial hit and no doubt it is going to draw us some money. 39 Min. F.S. BROWN & AYER With their usual melange of songs and talk which scored very strongly. 23 Min. in One. SCHENCK BROS. Hand balancers. While this act is hardly fitted to close the show the fact remains that they received plenty of applause. Had I been able to place them in the middle of the bill they probably would have been a riot. 8 Min. F. S. MOTION PICTURES O. K.
