B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, O. Week of April 28th, 1912 EUGENE TRIO: Horizontal bars. 7 minutes, full stage. Three men,- two straight, one clown. Great act. Went big. OPEN NEXT WEEK - THEN TO INDIANAPOLIS. HUFFORD & CHAIN: Two men, black face comedy. 18 minutes in one. Several good songs and some rattling good comedy. Went good. MILWAUKEE. MR. ZELLAH COVINGTON & MISS ROSE WILBER: Sketch entitled "The Parsonage". 22 minutes, full stage, own set, which is very pretty. Mr. Covington assumes four characters, and Miss Wilber three. The changes are very quick, and the story carried through the action is interesting. A good act. Went good. OPEN THREE WEEKS - THEN TO HAMMERSTEIN'S, NEW YORK. JIMMY BRITT: Ex light weight champion of the world. 15 minutes in One. Advance hand at both Sunday performances. Mr. Britt opens in evening dress and tells several stories which are not noteworthy either in point or the telling. He then retires briefly, re-appearing in ring costume and recites and pathetic poem of the prize ring. In this he shows undoubted merit as a recitationist, and makes a hit, closing with a big storm of applause and several recalls. A good, clean feature on any bill. NEW HAVEN, CONN. FREDERICK ANDREWS & HIS WONDER KETTLE: 13 minutes, full stage. Makes icecream, boils eggs on a lump of ice, sets fire to the ice and does other interesting features with a boiling kettle. Audience mystified, and apparently highly entertained. Went good. ST. LOUIS, MO. PRESIDENTIAL PREFERENCE PRIMARY: Same as last week,- no change. Three minutes. Still going good, with Wilson, Harmon, Roosevelt and Taft favorites in the applause. J. C. NUGENT & CO.: Sketch, "The Squarer". 28 minutes. Opens 5 min. in one, then to full stage. Same act as last season - a highly enjoyable one. Went good. OPEN NEXT WEEK. JOE HOWARD & MABEL McCANE: Songs., Mr. Howard opens w minutes in one, with a song, then to full stage (11 min.), in which Miss McCane appears and assists in the singing. They indulge in a clever little tete-a-tete between the songs, and close 13 minutes in one --- 27 minutes in all. At the close in one. Mr. Howard calls for requests for any of his old songs, and he is kept on the stage quite a time, singing them, in which Miss McCane assists. Both are very clever, possess splendid voices and put the songs over effectively. The act is very refined and classy, and a bit hit at Both Sunday performances. LOUISVILLE. SEALBY & DUCLOS: 14 min., full stage. Man and woman.- Specialty dancer. They dance four numbers, featuring some new waltzing evolutions and parodies. Splendid closing act that went big. B. F. KEITHOSCOPE: Pathe's weekly. 12 minutes. REMARKS: The bill is a splendid one. C. L. Doran.
