CHASE'S WASHINGTON D.C. Week September 2nd., 1912. RICHARDSON'S POSING DOGS An act well known over the circuit. The dogs hold their poses exceptionally well and the act makes a very nice opener. Special setting with frame. F.S. CONRAD AND WHIDDEN Two very nice appearing young men, one playing the piano in splendid style and the other getting quite a bit of comedy out of the violin. A very good act for this position. In one. JAMES H. CULLEN Doing about the same act as he has always done. In one. MASTER GABRIEL AND CO. "Little Kick". This is not as good an act as "Auntie's Visit", but yet, it seemed to please our audience fairly well. F.S. INTERMISSION KALMAR AND BROWN Same act as they have given us for several seasons past with just a few minor changes. They dance well and sing moderately well, but it is time for them to display their talents in a new vehicle. F.S. Close in one. WILLA HOLT-WAKEFIELD Miss Wakefield is doing a very artistic act. Her "spoken songs" are clever and her winning personality makes them very acceptable. In one. EDWARD ABELES AND CO. Presenting William Collier and Edgar Selwyn's comedy sketch, "Waiting at the Church". Two women and four men, one a Jap. The women are handsome and beautifully gowned, and the whole cast is exceptionally good. There are a world of laughs and amusing situations in the sketch, and altogether, it was the hit of the bill. Carry special set. F.S. THE ANIMATED WEEKLY Weekly Events of International Importance. Good film. H. Winnifred DeWitt, Manager
