VIII Report on PROVIDENCE SHOW, Week of November 10, 1913. Chas. Lovenberg, Manager. Quite a satisfactory show, particularly so, considering an important and expensive headliner; practically everything seemed to please, at least for as much as we have any reason to expect. THE GLOCKERS well-known act of water juggling that got by all right in this spot. 13 Min. F.S. McMAHHON, DIAMOND & CLEMMENCE I must say that I haven't changed my opinion much about this act from the time it played here last season; only the scare-crow dance and the dance by the boy amount to anything; all the rest is sheer waste of time. Moved up to No. 2 from No.3. 13 Min. Open in One, finish in Two. MOORE & YOUNG Two rather attractive girls with good personality and considerable ability; one of them is quite a comedienne. At present they are handicapped by hackneyed material. If they were to get some original songs they would be one of the big hits in their line; as it is they get over very well indeed. 10 Min. in One. JULIA NASH & CO. In a very good sketch that got over fairly well in spite of the fact that it is poorly played. 17 Min. F. S. LEO CARRILLO well-known monologue entertainer, who scored his usual hit. 18 Min. in One. JOSEPHINE DUNFEE Miss Dunfee came to us laboring under a handicap of a severe hoarseness and sore throat; she did her very best, but was able to sing only one song at the matinee performance; she deserves credit for her courage. I have no doubt that when in condition she gives a very good act. In One. EDDIE FOY and the SEVEN LITTLE FOYS same big hit that they have been everywhere else. 20 Min. in Two. STAN STANLEY TRIO Another big laughing hit. 18 Min. Open in One, Close F. S. LEO ZARRELL TRIO. This act opens with the little fellow singing a song in One; then they go to Two and do some very clever hand balancing. A good act. 8 Min. MOTION PICTURES O.K.
