REPORT ON COLUMBUS SHOW WEEK NOV. 10, 1913..W.W. Prosser SANSONE & DELILIA man and woman. well-known sensational gymnasts who work just as fast as ever. Got along in fine shape, winning applause at various points and rounding out a good, strong finish. C.D.F. in 3, 9 min. (Cleveland) BRITT WOOD: The Juvenile Jester. Same act he offered here before. made a very favorable impression, proved a good laughing hit. His harmonica playing was especially successful. Olio in 1, 11 minutes. (Cleveland) MME. BESSON & CO: 3 women, 1 man in a comedy-dramatic playlet, "The Woman Who Knew". A very meritorious offering most capably presented. A distinct personal success for Mme. Besson and thoroughly satisfactory support on the part of her company. Held attention throughout, finishing strong. Library in 3,24 min. (Open) LEWIS & DODY: "The Two Sams". Hebrew and Italian characters. Songs and talk, but at no time a big hit. Some very good high spots and a few low ones. No finish to speak of. Street in 1, 18 min. (Syracuse) "MORE SINNED AGAINST THAN USUAL" Well-known trevesty drama. This is the second showing here and the offering scored much better than before. The house caught the spirit of the offering from the very beginning and got the innumerable good points as fast as they appeared. Plenty of laughter, undivided attention and a good strong finish. Specials in 4, 28 min. (Toledo) BIG CITY FOUR: Classy male Quartet which scored heavily. Every number went big. Encores were taken, several bows and a very strong finish. Olio in 1, 20 min. (Toledo) CARL EUGENE TROUPE: 10 men and boys in an excellent acrobatic offering. Plenty of good work with a top mounter who is a star. Any number of ticks won emphatic applause. Plenty of action and no stalling. Went well throughout and finished strong. Palace in 4, 7 min. (Cleveland) MOTION PICTURE: O.K.
