B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, O. Week of Dec. 21st, 1912. John F. Royal. THE STANLEYS 9 min. F.S. Special. A clever shadowgraph act that has many new features since their last visit. A lot of comedy, and the act made a fine opening feature for a holiday show. PITTSBURG. KRAMER AND MORTON 20 min. in One. Str. Two black-faced comedians doing singing, dancing and talking. These men could get over well further down on the bill. The dancing and singing is good, and they have some really entertaining comedy. they went very big at this spot. LOUISVILLE. MADAM BESSON 23 min. F.S. Libr. Two women and one man in sketch "The woman Who Knew". This sketch, while entertaining in spots, is much too talky. It lacks action. Madam Besson is a very clever woman, and her company is very good, but there is snap and go missing throughout. It went fair. OPEN. WILLIAMS AND WOLFUS 23 min. in One. Olio. Man and woman in singing and piano act. This is a screamingly funny comedy piano feature, and had them laughing all the way. The comedian in this act has a new line of material and proved a big hit here. INDIANAPOLIS. NEPTUNE'S GARDEN OF LIVING STATUES 20 min. F.S. Special. big company of diving girls, statues, singers, violinists, pantomimists and dancers. This is unquestionably the most beautiful feature ever seen in this city. By now it is probably the talk of the town. It is novel and entertaining. The illusion, which is well conceived, is also cleverly concealed. It held the rapt interest of two large audiences at both Sunday performances, and the applause at the closing was the largest any act received since I came here last March. Our patrons would be glad to see an act of this kind at any time. ATLANTA. BIG CITY FOUR 20 min. in One. Olio. These men look well and sing fairly well, but there is a punch lacking somewhere in their program for this spot. Still they went over in good shape. DETROIT. CONSUL AND HIS ADOPTED DAUGHTER, BETTY. 20 min. F.S. Garden. Two chimpanzees in Simian pantomime. Consul, the larger of the two monks, and the one advertised the most, is a big boob. It is little Betty who makes the act, and she is a scream from start to finish. Betty held the audience in and had them laughing all through the act. Closed big. SYRACUSE. LOCAL MOVING PICTURES Interesting. CUTS Kramer and Morton - Taxi Crabs. Business of kicking partner. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR.
