B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, OHIO. Week of April 26th, 1914. John F. Royal. LOCAL PICTURES Including patriotic display. MEREDITH AND SNOOZER 18 min. in One. Olio. This act practically slows up the entire bill. It is a dull opener and, while the dog is clever in some ways, he is well named, as he snoozes between each trick. Several of his tricks went big, but as a whole, the act did not get over. OPEN. WARD AND CULLEN 11 min. in One. Olio This pair were handicapped by singing time worn songs that have been heard here a great deal in the past four or five weeks. The first part of their act is very slow and dull, but toward the finish they warm up and closed well. INDIANAPOLIS. ASORIA ERNETTE 10 min. F.S. Pal. This act is billed as society dances. This must be an alias, because they certainly can't dance. The best part of the act was our new Palace set and the orchestrations. Mistake to put this act on the same bill with Vernon Castle moving picture, as the film shows what poor dancers they are. OPEN. BYAL AND EARLY 11 min. in One. This is the first real life to the show. The girl in the act woke the people up with her eccentric use of double-jointed arms, and the act got over in splendid shape. LOUISVILLE. LOUIS MANN & CO 47 min. F.S. Condensed version of "Elevating a Husband". One of the best headline hits we have had this season. The act proved very interesting, and had the audience laughing throughout. Its human interest appeal caught on here, and I think the act should do us business. Mr. Mann received a very strong reception at his entrance. CLEVELAND. DEIRO 12 min. in One. Going as big as ever with his accordion. CHICAGO. THE BRACKS 9 min. F.S. The most remarkable troupe of Risley experts seen here. With the audience waiting in for the next act, giving this group a chance, they scored heavily. They begin where some of the rest leave off. OPEN VERNON CASTLE PICTURES Held the audience in and proved very interesting.
