REPORT on KEITH'S BOSTON SHOW - week of MARCH 13, 1916. R. G. Larsen. THE SCHMETTANS 8 minutes fs. Special drapery. Splendid posing, juggling and balancing act. Man and woman. Excellent opener. FRANK MULLANE 14 minutes in one. Olio drop. Irish and Hebrew stories, with songs, including a new American flag ballad that took him off to a good hand. BERT LEVY 13 minutes fs. Interior. Mr. Levy has a new act this time. Everyone of his cartoons are new and timeley. Got a reception and scored a big hit. ETHEL HOPKINS 13 minutes in one. O P Drapery. Has a beautiful voice and a good program of classic and popular songs. Went well. ALAN DINEHART and CO in "THE MEANEST MAN IN THE WORLD" 20 minutes fs. Special set. A big laughing hit. MORRISSEY and HACKETT 17 minutes in one. Street and reversed drop. Their motion picture burlesque was a riot. JOE WEBER and LEW FIELDS 19 minutes fs. Palace. Doing the billiard table stunt, the choking of Weber by Fields, and the smashing of the fiddle borrowed from the orchestra leader. A laughing hit. RYAN and TIERNEY 10 minutes in one. Olio drop. Have a good routine of popular songs, which they put over in good shape. Held the spot all right. AMETA, the FIRE DANCER 13 minutes fs. special set. A beautiful closing act.
