REPORT on KEITH'S BOSTON SHOW week of MARCH 27TH - 1916 R. G. Larsen. LUCY GILLETT 10 minutes fs. Special set. Excellent juggling act. Good opener. AUBREY and RICHE 16 minutes in one and fs. Special set. A sister act with some novelty songs and costumes. Filled the spot. "WHAT'S THE MATTER WITH RUTH?" 9 minutes fs. C D F. A dramatic sketch with a man in an upper box who makes remarks during the progress of the act, being eventually expelled by the usher. The asides of the "plant" got a number of laughs, and his exit received a round of applause. HARRIS and MANION 14 minutes in one. Street drop. These boys are doing about the same act, but have some new songs. Held the spot. STAN STANLEY and HIS RELATIVES 25 minutes open in one and go to fs. Olio drop and Palace Set. The second "audience" act on the bill. A big laughing hit. RAE ELEANOR BALL 19 minutes in one. Drapery. Has a very good program and went big. VALERIE BERGERE and CO in "Little Cherry Blossom." 21 minutes f.s. Special set. Along the same lines as "His Japanese Wife," and of course, beautifully staged and well played. Went very well. JOHNNY DOOLEY and YVETTE RUGEL 21 minutes in one. OP Drapery. A regular vaudeville act, with singing, dancing, comedy and tumbling by Dooley. The applause hit of the show. ANNUAL SPRING FASHION SHOW 38 minutes fs. special sets. The most beautiful and costly gowns ever displayed upon this stage. Despite the fact that the show ran nearly one-half hour late, the audience remained in to see the wonderful clothes.
