147 REPORT on KEITH'S BOSTON SHOW WEEK OF APRIL 10 1916 R. G. Larsen. ELMER, RICE and TOM 7 minutes fs. Garden. A splendid comedy bar act. Could close any show. DANIELE and CONRAD 19 minutes in one. Special Draperies. These boys have an excellent program, and went over strong. FRED J. ARDATH and CO in "HIRAM" 26 minutes fs. Special Set. About the same act as on previous visits, but with some new people. Went over first-rate and got a lot of laughs. MARION WEEKS 15 minutes in one. O P Drapery. Duplicated he success here of a year ago, with about the same program of classical and popular songs. GEORGE NASH and JULIA HAY in "THE UNEXPECTED" 25 minutes fs. Dark Tapestry Interior. The best act on the bill. A novel comedy, full of surprises, with lots of class, and splendidly played. The audience liked it immensely. AL B. WHITE 12 minutes in one. Olio Drop. This fellow has some songs that are so old they are almost new, and several gags that have been told here before by other performers. Held the spot. MELVILLE ELLIS and IRENE BORDONI 28 minutes fs. Special cyclorama. The audience got a bit restless during Ellis' piano playing last night, and some were inclined to "kid" him. Moss Bordoni's solos were applauded, particularly her French song. This team pull about as raw an exhibition of song-plugging for an encore in one, as we have had in many a day. BALL and WEST "Since the Days of '61." 23 minutes in one. Garden Drop. Held this spot with credit. Closed strong. FRENCH and EIS "The Lure of the North." 9 minutes fs. Special set. About the same act as the soap-bubble stunt they gave us last season, with a new story and setting. Acceptable closer, getting applause at the opening.
