Was on guard from 8:00 to 12:00 and go on again from 8:00 until midnight. This afternoon we played some bridge and I read a little. Darling, I can't express myself very well in a letter, but I've done an awful lot of thinking towards the future. I know you have to. My ideas, I realize aren't too good, but I know we can work something out. When two people want to get started as badly as we do, its hard to stop them.
