When I did get up I found the mornings mail on the table and I could have screamed for joy cuz I had two letters from you. What a perfect way to start a day. They were your Aug. 14 & 17 letters. Honey, every time I get a letter from you I always get a big lump in my throat while I'm opening it. I'm almost afraid to think what I'll do when I do get home and come face to face with you. I'll probably be so nervous I'll faint or something. Darling, what a wonderful day that will be. It almost seems impossible after all this. Its been a swell day so far. These has been a cool breeze blowing all day and no dust. Just nice and comfortable. Read a book this afternoon. It was a rooting, tooting western. Thats right honey, I'm still a kid at heart.
