FEBRUARY 25 1948. Did big washing and hung a big basketful on [Offerdahl's?] line, rest in basement. Put in 3 hours in library - working on annual report and heavy circulation and many questions. Ironed in eve. 1949. Fine day. More snow going. 6 weeks tests for Freshmen and Sophs. Mended shirt for Frank and shrank another yd royal blue wool after school. In eve went to finish up May Jean Sikhart's last semester. -7 degrees 1950. Baked brown bread, cherry dumplings, peach upside down cake. Tried in vain to make new buttonholes work. To Madison in PM to see Kae and Owen at St. Mary's hosp. and take in wash machine part for repair. Sig here for supper, sewing. 1951. Took [fein?] to church. [illegible]. 10 in S.S. class. 150 there. K and Jal Lauges - she took pics of Lee and dog. To church mtg. in P.M. Talked 2 hrs. then voted to build parsonage. Sig here - 2:15 - 6:15. 1952. Drove in to Quisling Clinic for another shot. To PMA office for forms for Hans' disability retirement, office supplies at "Bill" Goffs. To Branch Co.
