APRIL 3 1948. Lengthened blue seersucker (Red Cross) dress - before breakfast! Ironed a bit, got mail. Found library floor cleaned and refinished! Found we are not to house Dr. Hozzard for 3 nights, as Rev. Stauke had told us. 1949. To church with Lois and John - Frank still sick. 2 sunny days in a row. To Muscoda by 9:30. 1950. Hans to Madison office. Frank in bed - has been several days. (Fired from Drive-In). I cleaned cabinet for foreign souvenirs. Tree tomato seeds planted. 1-5 at Blaschke's where she, Blanche B, M. Phillips and I worked out committees. 44 degrees 1951 First sunny day for a week. Put up clean living room curtains and cushion covers on couch. Mrs. Hallock called. Voted. In charge of program in eve for W.C. Guest Night Tread original verse, some orig. music, Co. Homemakers' Chorus, L. SONN. 1952 Slept 4 hours - then at 5 took bath and slept till 8. Mrs. Robt. Keller called, also Doris Buchler on Guild business. Took osteo and diathermy treatment, stopped at W.G. hosp. to seek a minute. Ironed in 1 1/2 hrs., took nap, made out OPS record for March, etc. Took Edith K to church board, 8 to 9:30 (when I came home
