APRIL 13 1948 Camilla gave us breakfast. We packed in Caspar, 3 chairs, sweeper $600 worth of our bonds which they had kept for us 4 years. Left at 7:45. Stopped at Belmont to see Rita in H.S. also to see Rosie [last name]. Got a little stuff at Wittenburg's, and Hilda's trunks from station. 1949 Frank, who came at 11 last eve, slept till 4:30 when I got breakfast for him. His dad pushed his car to start him to Harlan, Iowa for summer. I finished machine work on jacket - buttonholes. 21 degrees 19 Coldest 4-13 on record. Ironed, mended, sunned sore shoulders while doing needlepoint. Walked to P.O. Hans came home from Jefferson at 6. Had been at Weidemann's, saw their D.P's 1951 Touch of snow, turning to all-day drizzle. Enema at 7, no breakfast, in on 8:20 bus to Quisling Clinic, where I had stomach and gallbladder Cray - G.B not functioning properly. Light lunch to see Mrs. Morgan in hosp. First Family Night at church in eve. 1952. Chilly drizzly Easter. We sat way back at East services. Fine music by 3 choirs. Frank took Miyo and K to Madison after dinner. Sig here all day. Reviewed "The Golden Wing" by Lin, and wrote Danish letter.
