MAY 19 1948. 1949. Slept fine, but weather turned cool and damp, so that my back hurt again. Final reviews in A.M. Freshman test in PM - ave 75. 2 high each 97. Gave Doris other tests to ditto. 1950. Set out violets from Poynette, hung up organdy curtains in kitchen Kathryn made. Finished blue and white apron for Marian Dunn. Waited supper for Frank till nearly 9, and an hr. later for Hans from La Crosse. 85 degrees 1951. Hans and I called on Emma and Earl Boyer. Dr and Mrs. Swift, Laura Wendell, Mrs. Flora Dell. Breakfast and lunch with Hans' mother. She went with us to Olga's, then we went to Melba's to see her baby. Olga and I to L.N. Supper for 11 at Olga's. We took Pat and Rosemary, K and Sig to Teeple's thru MUD. To Amanda's also. 1952 Cloudy but good drying day. Reel held all our clothes. I was thru by 9. H. Vold and I drove to Metropolitan sewage disposal plant and got [bn?] + 7 sacks sludge for fertilizer. Painted 4 more basement window frames.
