Spring Green bridge out - one woman drowned. NOVEMBER 15 1948. Didn't sleep after 3, with indigestion, so came home + slept 4-5. Felt bad all day. Freshmen made Thanksgiving salad. Ila, Carol, Jeanette B, Carol, Joyce, Marilyn R, Mary G, Betty F, Beverly S, Shirley W, waited tables for 64 Muscoda Imp. Assn. Edu. Mtg. dinner there 1949. Walked to P.O. twice. Made black apron with printed "trim" for my birthday gift for Guild. Took 3 pr. pillowcases to Pat Kenyon + Ursula's name for pen pal for Nancy. They gave me warm clothes for Kniep's. I gave Thanksgiving Devotions at Guild. My apron auctioned $1.30 1950 Mostly awake after 3 with indigestion, and feet bad all day. Xmas-wrapped boxes for Denmark + Kniep's + sent. Nap. Mended, sewed some. Rain +thunder in eve. 1951. Ironed, took news to Mrs. Daniels. Slept 9 hrs. straight. Sent off order for Anna May. Bazaar places being rearranged. Wrote (7) in eve. Couldn't sleep so did needlepoint 11-11:30 1952. To mailbox at 7. Wrote Uncle John got Br. circulars, mailed them. watered shrubs. Worked at Branch in P.M.
