DECEMBER 15 1948. Sr. girls planning Christmas dinners. Sophs. knitting. Some of both made peppermint and chocolate candies and nut fondant. New gov't supplies here! Hans and I showed Kodachromes at special assembly. 1949 Baked bread, crocheted, took 2 naps. Put up plastic valances. Went in on 3:15 bus, shopped a little, went with Hans and Mr. Walker to Esquire Club for PMA "Christmas party". Home on "shopper's bus, 9:10" 10 degrees 1950. Frank went to Rockford and got a job there. Hans took 2 Chinese dolls to Lea Coverdale and had check up at Dr. Weston - Dr. says he is fine - normal blood pressure, but heart too fast. 1951. Had stiff shoulders, which I roasted [illegible] with Anna May's new infra red lamp. Baked salt-less bread and cream puffs. Made pajama top. 1952 (Should be 14th) Arranged huge basket of mums for church - gave some to Voth's, Pierstoffs, Mrs. Morgan. In P.M. Mrs. M. and I took some to Mrs. Whitmer. Wrote more cards.
