FEBRUARY 24 35° - 41° Sunny, thawed more. Hillsides bare. Not very ambitious. Made Eddie Allen a shirt from old one of Hans'. Called off P.T.A mtg. to everyone's satisfaction. Walked to Schwendigns' in P.M. for a belated Farm Bureau mtg. Baked raisin bread and cake, made jelly and lard. Hemmed my blue tweed dress, finished fourth cross-stitch towel. Sunny, for once. Took 11th injection of thiolin. Attended forenoon session of World's day of Prayer at Student Presbyterian Church. Home for an hour's nap! Called on Mrs. Surodley and Lippitt. Hilda stayed in over night with Carrie Eggum, and work for Wis. Council of Ag.
