DECEMBER 6 Sunny and cold. We left at 8 A.M. arr. John [Cogswell's?] in Mpls at 4 P.M. Lunch there. Supper in Hotel Sheridan with Helen and Fred Huls, and visit with them in our steam heated room. Sewed on Frank's overcoat all I felt able to. Heavy work. Drove to Madison twice and McFarland. Too near all in to go to H. Ec. Club. Wrote Hans and sent him Oct. expense check. Crocheted. Letter from Dora. Made lard and 2 pumpkin pies. Ironed. Went with Mrs. Cornwell to Guild bazaar. Sold 23 pairs pillowcases, Mrs. Rabe at same booth. Oyster supper. Cleared $105 plus.
