evening. March 17th. St Patricks' day in the mornin', Roofed north, side of hoghouse. Also did some other odd jobs. Weather variable. March 18th. Fine day. Finished roofing hoghouse. Nothing more done this day. March 19th. Helped Albin drive May in forenoon. Fixed feed trunk. Thurs Mch 20th. Cleaned farm. Hauled load of corn down from farm yard and hauled load of [cobe?] to house. Hauled some bedding in afternoon. Friday Mch 21st. To Town. Hauled home [illegible], buggy tongue and oil meal. Mch. 22nd. To town again. Hauled a load of hogs for [name]. 126 blocks back. Took a load of shell corn for [name] over to Wilhoe. Letters from Ben today.
