today. Went down to Albert a little while in the morning. Shelled some corn for grinding for little chickens in forenoon. Hauled junk in afternoon. April 15th. Still raining. Worked at Edwins on wagon for a little. April 16th. Still raining and snowing. Cleaned barn in forenoon, hauled a load of cobs into the coal house in afternoon. April 17th. To Boone all day. Fine day. April 18th. Got engine ready for washing. Set corner posts for fence. Hauled home little stack of hay, jag of straw, and some [farsts?] into pile. April 19th. Spaded garden, went to Treloars to see about gravel. Ground some corn for chicken food. Merriam here to see cow. Fixed buggy shed roof. Paul
