existence. What ultimate decision you & Ellie reach will be for the best, I know. Use your head, and don't be in too much of a hurry - but on the other hand don't let a good thing get away. As for myself - I am corresponding with more girls than at any other time in my life, and enjoying it. All are fine young women, but I do not see marriage among them. Whether such shall ever be for me, I do not know. Certainly, it is a lonely feeling that sometimes besets me. One week from Monday my class will start flying again, and how glad I shall be. The relentless routine of ground school is getting pretty old. At present I am having as much difficulty with ship and aircraft recognition as anything else. We must be able to distinguish among the silhouette outlines of battleships, airplane carriers, and heavy cruisers
