Nile C. Kinnick, Jr. Phi Kappa Psi House Iowa City, Iowa Saturday, 1/5/40 Dear Mother: Well tomorrow we leave again for the East. There is no reason why it shouldn't be a fine trip. I am going to try to get up to Harvard if it all possible. My speech at Independence went off very well indeed. I shall use the same thing at Aberdeen with a few improvements. I'll see you the weekend of Feb. 3 - will try to get out on a Sat. My laundry will arrive some time next week but you won't need to return it until about the 18th or 20th. I am sending father the registration card for the car today. My tests
