18 For a wonder we got mustered, drew our Local Bounty, but not our Gov't pay. Col. tried to get us into the Barracks but didn't succeed. We took the 9 P.M. train for Camp D. and reached it at 2 in the morning. It being cold we nearly froze during the night. 19th Found camp nearly full of Old Troops. I found a cousin of mine today who is in the 49th never saw him before. (Jacob Shisler)
